Uh, no. The rear brakes are totally different, and have a PARKING BRAKE built in...
If you want different or larger brakes in there rear, there ARE some options, though...
TCE sells a wilwood brake kit for the rear. They also sell larger rotors and caliper relocation brackets to adapt the OEM rear brakes.
In either case, it's mostly cosmetic... there is so little weight on the rear of a MINI when braking, the rear brakes don't do much work...
If you want different or larger brakes in there rear, there ARE some options, though...

personally, i like the look of the ate and powerslots. but it's pretty much bling. i have no issues with the stockers at autocross or track events.....now the fronts....that's a totally different issue! good luck!
