Flipping tires on wheels

Flipping tires on wheels
I’ve got a set of 205/50ZR16 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s running on my track day/autox SSR wheels. I’ve already thrashed them pretty good, especially on the autox days. I was running with about 40lbs in them in coldish weather, which in retrospect was maybe too much. On track days I’d usually start 34-35lbs cold, and then dribble off some pressure if when I cam in they’d heated up to 38+.
The outside of the fronts was so shot I moved them to the back. They’re directional, so I can’t reverse the wheels, only move them front to back. So my question is since I put so much more wear on the outside of the fronts, can I have someone flip the tires on each wheel (inside out and vice versa) so I can get another cycle of wear out of them?
