can i run 17x8 PR1.2 @ 38mm offset no camber?

hi, im looking into finally getting myself a set of aftermarket wheels.
i was wondering if i could safely run team dynamics pro race 1.2's in a 17"x8" on the stock suspension with 38mm offset (if a different offset is suggested, please post) with a 215/45/17 tire. (and do you think a 225/45/17 tire would work?) i dont want the tires rubbing at all, and im not looking to lower the car just yet, but i don't really want the car rubbing if i ever do lower it (not much, just an inch and a half if i do ever lower it) and lastly can anyone comment on the clearance for bbk's for this wheel and offset? or should it not be a problem?
