In need of some serious wheels help

Firstly, i'm fairly new to NAM, best website and members ever...secondly I'm completely ignorant to wheels and stuff...

I'm looking to change my silver crappy s winders or whatever my 09 s came with..(bought slightly used, otherwise would have chosen white wheels)...

On my old 04 just a cooper, I had white stock wheels and they were pretty sweet in my opinion...now I'm looking to replace the silver oem with white after market ones..I sort of like these konig countersteers:

I've seen pics of them in coupe like cars and they look nice, def a step up from the oems, a bit lighter too..not too ricey in my opinion, but to each his own...

my main issue it's not the wheels itself, but I'm just no a big fan of exposed lugs...I know the konigs comes with center caps, with the little crown design...that only covers the middle part of the wheel, the lugs still shown..

my old 04 r53 with the oem white wheels had some sort of hub cap? I guess that's what it's called? here's a pic of it

see the lugs are not shown? I'm only assumming that Mini makes those caps thingies only for oem wheels, so if I wanna go after market I won't be able to get them at all? is there some sort of adapter I can use? of can I have one made up for after market ones? if so, would they be rather expensive?

Any advise would be helpful,

Thanks

Wow not very many white aftermarket wheels other than those and several Rota (check'em out), and OZ (Superturismo and Alleggerita) also uber expensive Volk CE28s. Another option is to get the wheel that you love and has the wheel center "cover" and have them powder coated in white. It might prove difficult to "Macgeyver" or "Home Depot" some center covers cause wheels that come without them don't have a mounting point or screw/clip area on wheels, and there not much leverage for center cover to "stay" in place. I really like "old school" BBS wheels they have center caps and can be painted any color.

And besides the ones you had before (in pic) there is a few other oem that come in white, I like the R84 and R104 that come in white and center covers. Look at end of description: [for color available]

thank you howsoonisnow or should i say mr. morrisey? ,

Rotas sort of stop making whites wheels now, they are only a few available in whites now a days..and to make it worse i'd like to run 16's which makes the availability even more complicated....

The bbs are awesome looking but my total budget is only about 700 bucks haha, i believe bbs are 500 a wheel?

that link for all the oems was great!, i really like the r92's and r 84'ss,in whites, they are a bit heavy though , but i guess that's good for all the potholes in jersey...however it doesn't quite say where i'm able to buy them? if i call my dealer, you think they'll probably have them or can order them? what do you think are the price ranges?

Thanks again

oem wheels for cheap: http://www.wheelcollision.com/cooper1.htm
Also here on NAM Marketplace, and eBay under "MINI Cooper wheels 16"
If you must have new try Morrisstown MINI cheapest prices, but oem still pricey.

It will be difficult to find wheels like the OEM MINI ones that have covers over the lug nuts and especially in white.

You can choose from MINI wheels that come in white over the various years first. If one would work then great for you.

If not then designs that cover the lug nuts will look like this one-

O.Z. Caravaggio
Comes in 16" and 17" in silver only- would have to paint or powdercoat white
The hub cap is likely hard plastic. About $179 or less per wheel, 23 to 25 lbs each.

For white wheels-
Team dynamics in various sizes

Rota wheels various styles and sizes
