Got a set of Eagle F1 All Season in February, mounted on a set of ASA AR2s from Alex at Tirerack. Love them, and will never go to run-flats again. Had Eagle RS-A on my Jeep Wrangler when I bought it and will never run that tire again...even if they are free.

I am not a fan of Goodyear and would not put a set on any car that I own, I have always had good results with Yoko's weather it was a street tire or track tire that would be who i would go with.

Is there a reason that you're limiting yourself to the three you have listed?

If I were buying new non-winter tires, I'd jump at a set of these (in 215/40R17):

or maybe these in the same size:

If money were no object, possibly the comparable offerings from Bridgestone or Yokohama instead.

The Eagle F1 all the way. Excellent tire in the dry and wet.

Looks like you are looking for

All season tires
205/45-17 or 215/45-17 size assuming a stock suspension

There are many Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, one of which is the very stiff sidewall (kevlar) F1 All Season.

Goodyear Eagle RS-A is a common OEM High Performance All Season tire that is mediocre at best. Not a good choice for the MINI. Comes in 215/45-17

Yokohama Advan A82A will not work, it comes in
205/50-17 which is too tall for the MINI to clear the suspension.

215/40-17 will fit your wheels but is smaller than stock tire diameter and if used with stock suspension will increase wheel gap and look a bit too small. If your MINI is lowered you will be fine. The smaller 40 series sidewall is very stiff and likely to result in a rougher ride on anything but very smooth roads. If you have potholes and bad roads then they are not likely to be useful for daily driving.

The best bet for tire size is 205/45-17 using stock 17x7 wheels. 215/45-17 is also usable and will work.

For your MINI consider-
In Ultra High Performance All Season tires in 215/45-17
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus $163 each 500 treadwear
Bridgestone Potenza RE-960AS $146 each 400 treadwear
Yokohama Advan S.4. $153 each 400 treadwear
Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S $127 each 400 treadwear
Yokohama Avid W4S $95 each 400 treadwear

If you don't need the longer treadwear and 3 season use then for pure performance also consider-
Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 Extreme Summer tire 180 treadwear
205/45-17 $167 each
215/45-17 $176 each
Or
Dunlop Direzza Star Spec Extreme Summer tire 200 treadwear
215/45-17 $117 each
Or
Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 Extreme Summer tire 180 treadwear
215/45-17 $173 each

Or for longer treadwear with good handling
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric Max Summer tire 240 treadwear
215/45-17 $143 each

Lots of choices-
