Want to get my rims refinished and powdercoated for the winter. They are currently gold as you can see. Should i keep them that color and just get them freshened up or should i do something different? Was thinking maybe like flat black, or titanium grey. Maybe hyper silver (black chrome like), or just plain bright silver. Also should i keep the polished lips or powdercoat those too?
I like the color as is, I guess the question is are you running these wheels in the winter time? if so maybe wait till the spring to get them re done if they really need it. The winter time with the snow and salt, not to mention the pot holes can kill a wheel in NJ
Thanks guys!! I do have winter wheels so i'm not worried about that. I meant to say that it will be a winter project. I think i may go with either bright silver or hyper silver. Will be keeping the polished lips too! Any other suggestions?
