Bridgestone Potenza v. Dunlop Star Specs???
#3
I think they are pretty much equivalent on the street. On the track, I find the Dunlops do grease up with temperature after about 15-18 minutes. Then the real fun begins with 4 wheel drifts etc. They also will chunk and tear if you overheat them over too many heat cycles. I am on my third set this year so I do have a little experience with them. And I still really like them and will use them primarily in the wet next year.
Friends with RE-11s also report similar problems but I do not have first hand experience with them.
I have heard that the Yokos AD08s are also good.
