SPYN Wheels and Marangoni Tires
Hi all,,, Just like alot of others, I'm looking for some winter shoes for the Mini,,,
I have a 2008 Cooper, with a hardtop,,, Right now I have the 205-45-17 rims, but they are noisy, and I was thinking of getting 16" rims for the winter,
I have a friend who can get me some 16" SPYN rims - 16" r7 teck http://www.spyncanada.com/wheels.htm
and tires - 195-55-16
http://www.marangonicanada.com/products_meteohp.htm
The whole thing for under $1000 cdn,, Mind you I have to get someone to mount and balance,,
2 questions,,
Good equipment?
Will they Fit??
Thanks for all the help
Jeff

Being up here in Canada, I can say that Spyn seems to have a pretty good name for itself. The only problem I have found, is that they didn't anticipate their market and are low on stock for a lot of their wheels.
I only know one guy that is running a set of Marangoni tires and he hasn't said much about them, but he also hasn't complained.
