Anyone running or attempted to fit some Diamond Racing Wheels on a R53 or other?

Anyone running or attempted to fit some Diamond Racing Wheels on a R53 or other?

I'm currently running 17" Team Dynamics Pro Race but I am curious about all these guys out there with other cars, vws, miatas etc, that run these rims?

example:

Last thread was from 2008 so I figured it would be safe to ask.

Has anyone tried to run a 15" or 16" Diamond racing wheel on their mini cooper s?

Wheel:

Thanks.

that miata is tight. i personally don't like the heavy camber but i can appreciate the commitment to the look.

I don't see a problem running diamond racing's on an r53, although people have been reporting that they are kinda easy to bend since they're deemed as Off Road use. Plus, they aren't the lightest wheels out there.

I also have the 17" TD Pro Race1's on my car for summer, but about a month ago I was considering getting some Diamond Racing wheels as my winter rims after seeing them on a VW online. I think unless your MINI is slammed with stretched tires like that Miata they might not look as good

My mini is slammed and can go lower, so I'm considering it. I don't feel like continually banging the hell out of my Pro Race1s and would love an alternative just because.

I need to figure out sizing and then heck yeah I may pull the trigger.
