Just bought a set of Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3 ZP Tires, but no RSC in a Circle?
Hi guys,
I just picked up a set of Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3 ZP (Zero Pressure) tires for my MCS this winter. I mounted them to the car and then while checking for the correct torque specs I came accross the section of the manual that says to only use runflat tires as designated by RSC in a circle stamped on the sidewall. I know RSC stands for runflat system component, but don't understand why these ZP (zero pressure) runflat tires don't have the RSC?
Should I be concerned?
Thanks!

I would not woory at all.
I would be certain that the Michelin tires are marked ZP. (RSC) is just a designation for the tire being a run-flat. Go out and look at those tires and be certain they have the "ZP" printed on the sidewall. If so just keep on truckin.
I'm hoping you got them for all four wheels as advised by Michelin. It actually says they are not to be mixed with other tires.
