check your pressures all the way around and reset the system

your 06 TPMS is based on the rotational speed of the wheels and any significant change can cause it to alert....reset it and let it learn your new "normal"

(how 2 is in the owner's manual)

You have an '06 with the indirect system? If so, could be the tire diameter is a little different and your system detected it. Reset the system and see what happens.

With the car idling and at a stand still, push the tpms button located down by the parking brake handle until you see the light illuminate then release. The light should extinguish when you drive off. Anyway this is what works on our MCS when I either rotate or service the tires. Good luck.

Watch out Stimpy. He's got an R53. You might get yelled at. I learned the hard way.

Oops! I figured resetting TPMS would be similar for an R53.

Sometimes I've needed to press the button as buzzsaw described. At other times, the software figured it out after a few miles all by itself.

My guess is that the button is there to force the software to accept the currently installed tire sizes when they're not within the expected range.
