I think Way motorworks has fiberglass brake ducts. On our track car I used part of a funnel and some flexible tubing: it worked a charm

Think these were either limited production or custom

I'm not sure where -=gRay rAvEn=- got his -- I'm trying to find out -- but it looks like the ones in the first photo (or at least something similar) are available through Mini Mania.

A guy in our club just had those vented fenders installed. Got them from M7, they were very limited production run. May want to call them? It's not an easy or cheap install though, and the vents don't actually go thru to the wheel well. You can cut the inner liner and they will, but then everything gets into the door also Looks cool on his car though

These do not help with brake cooling. All they do is add a bit of bling and a bit of air extraction from above the wheel liner. Not an area that gets lots of air.

These were a limited production few years back, made of fiberglass, and have not seen them for sale recently.

As posted above, making them functional would probably make for real dirty door panels though. Nice thing about this design, there
was no need to relocate the water bottles behind the panel.....

And everyone called me a thief when I tried to sell a spare set I imported for $500.

Have a set on my car as well and as far as letting air escape from the wheel wheel these are not the fenders needed. The openings are to small and in not in the proper area. One would also need to modify the wheel wheel as well to open these up. Looked at doing that and there just did not seem to be flow desired for the work involved.

I like Can only imagine the cost. Would it work as a side skuttle - what production model is that for ? Have you looked it up ?

Those vents above are off the latest Jag XK and are not that expensive. I think they run in the neighborhood of 80 bucks or so.

Look at the hood here, you will see two of them.

Nate is correct, I work near a Jag dealer and stopped in, they had them in stock and were $79. each. Yes they are functional. Looks like they would fit right along side of the bulge in our hoods?

You posted about these at some point, that would be where I remember it from. Talk about storing what some would say is useless knowledge.
