Brake Sensor Question....

Is it really necessary to replace the brake wear sensor each time you put new pad in? If the sensor never triggered the warning light, can you just reuse it?

Thanks much!

If the light has not come on, you don't need to replace the sensor.

Yes you can reuse the sensor if the light never came on. Just have to be careful when you pull it out of the old pad, the plastic on them tends to get brittle. So be gentle pulling it out and you can save it.
