hey all, i just chnage my runflat to normal 17 tires... does anyone knwo where i can get a doughnut tire? ive a MCS conv and it does not come with spare or doughnut tire...i know there are lot of tires fix thta u can used....

I'll look forward to what you find. Ive got a slime kit in my car but if you find something good I'd like to see. What tires did you get?

 

I had great success in the junkyard with a 2001 KIA SEPHIA 15" donut. Perfect center bore, bolt pattern, and tire size ( 115/70 R15 ). Only paid $20! It doesn't clear the front brakes though Also, pick up 4 VW wheel bolts as the Mini ones were a hair too long for the KIA spare.

 

kewl.... i bought a run flat MINI oem tire with snow flake rims that goona be my spare... i know its gonna take up half of my back seat..HAHAHA....

 

Try any Ford dealer, they usually have donut tires laying around. I got a

brand new one for $30.00

 

What specific year and model Ford though? What about the center bore? Is it the 56.1 Mini spec?

 

I didnt mean the wheel, just the tire. A lot less expensive than MINI or the
Tire Rack.
