I just got back from a joyful drive to las vegas and my brake pads seem to be gone... Is this covered in my warranty?

36k? 40k? miles is covered.

how many miles do you have on your car?

15,000 miles. I think it could also be that the rear rotors are warped? Can someone explain how I can tell the difference?

ok I had a friend of mine ride in the car and he definately says at least the left rear rotor is warped. Once again any idea if this is covered under warranty before I go to the dealer? What is this going to cost me if it isn't covered under warranty?
