I need tires

Well I need 4 tires but the backs have4-5/32 so its fronts only. I am looking at the Yokohama S.drive and the Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport at tirerack. But I am not married to either. I want a tire that wears well, is quiet (I hate road noise) and handles well for the daily commute. No track for me.

I recently went with the Yokohama S.drive and I love them - quiet, less torque steer, and great handling...we'll see how they wear...

CHEERS.

I just changed my OEM run flats out to the Continental Extreme Contact DW and am very happy with them. They are not track tires at all. Good daily commute tire with a super good ride, handle great and very quiet, I can actually hear the radio now without turning up the volume so loud that my ears bleed. After looking at the wet and dry braking results, I chose these.

I ordered them via Tire rack and if you order this month, they send you a free GPS.

The bridgestones handle well and are pretty quiet too. I love the look of Bridgestones but the Yokohama looks very nice as well. I don't think I have ever driven a car with S drives before

I'll second the recommendation for the Conti Extreme DW. I just replaced my Dunlop RFs with these a couple days ago and what a difference. Much more comfortable ride, less noise, and better at maintaining consistent grip on uneven surfaces. These tires were designed to be a max performance summer tire with the emphasis on everyday street driving and comfort, while still being very capable if you ever did take them to the track. I haven't driven them aggressively yet, but I have no doubt they'll perform very well, and all of the magazine/tire rack and customer reviews have been great.

I have the S.Drives on my Mustang GT and love them. I have nearly 20k miles on them and they are wearing nicely and have plenty of tread left.
