Would wheels on Gen 1 fit Gen 2 w/o spacers?
Hi,
From what I've scanned thru forum for past 9 days after owning my first Mini for 10 days, look like wheels on Gen 1 will fit on Gen 2 with some spacers?
When I search wheels for 2010 MCS, they are not showing anything much but when searching for 2004 MCS, there are many.
For example, the Konig Feather was not listed under 2008 MCS but was listed for 2004 MCS.
Thanks so much in advance!

The bolts themselves are different sized - 12mm on 1st gen cars and the very last '06's and 2nd gen cars are 14mm. Some wheel designs won't accomodate the larger bolts.
You would have to add the correct TPMS sensors for 2nd gen cars, but they should fit the wheels. 07-09 TPMS are different than '10.

With aftermarket wheels, all bets are off. The 14 mm bolts wouldn't fit through my Konig Heliums, but I've seen other aftermarket wheels that worked just fine with the larger bolts.

Since if the wheels fit '08 MCS then it would fit my '10 MCS.
Thanks!

Have not seen a problem yet
The only wheels that dont fit are 15inch wheels on Cooper S and 15 or 16 inch on JCW with 4 piston. Have not fit too many wheels to R56 JCW but all OEM offsets look like they work in 17 and 18
