5-Star Spooler Wheels
I have an '09 MC, bent the lip a little when I hit a pothole. Can't find a local repair shop in central NJ to fix alloy rims. Found a couple of places in NY/LI but it'll cost about $150.00 to repair. I was told the wheel may crack in the process but they would weld it.
In the end a repaired wheel is just that, I'll check the marketplace to see if anyone is selling this rim but I found a site that sells these rims new at $175.00, and another place that sells them for $118.00 but it's listed as fitting an '08 MC. I'm guessing it is the same size/bolt pattern/etc. as my '09. Would anyone know for sure whether this is true? Thanks.

..spoolers from another year will fit, ...most (if not all) Mini wheels are interchangable.
..there are some great threads/links on NAM that give all the specs on Mini wheels.
..I had those same lil' spoolers on our 07 MC, ...was so happy when I finally got a bit bigger set of aftermarkets
..check NAM market...or craigslist maybe...bet you can find full sets of spoolers for what they want for 1 new one!
...just a couple wks ago..went to a mom&pop tire shop & traded my spoolers for a set of tires to go on the S-lites I bought as an "extra set" for my MC.
..if you don't mind my opinion: ...maybe get a cool set of aftermarkets, then wait for a great deal on someone selling their spoolers..& have "extras" ...don't yall have ruff winters up there in NJ?

Yes we do! My MC was buried in 30" snow 2 weeks ago, then another 15" last week and I hear we're getting more soon. The plan is to get some nice aftermarkets -- found a nice set of Black 16s at TireRack but considering the winters and the resulting road damage, I'd rather wait till spring/summer so for now just looking to replace the bent rim. Have priced around and $118 plus s/h seems to be the best deal. Thanks for the input J.
