OLD (Silver) COLOR !!!!


NEW (Black) COLOR !!!!

It's too cold to put em on here in NY...

Some local guy here... Carl from The RIM SHOP in Freeport LI, NY
He was more expensive than the last person I used
These cost $85 per wheel.
He powder coated the spokes Black
He powder coated all the rivets (100 of em ) Silver.
He machined the lip.

Would you mind taking a picture of just a smaller section of the wheel showing maybe one or two spokes, the cap screws and the lip?

I'll do it in the AM... the light is gone here... and black is tough to photograph under good conditions.:smile:

They come in...white,silver & gun metal.

Black gives the wheels a cheaper, steel-wheel kind of look. The detail of black spokes is harder to see in any light. I think the black spoke look was adopted from race cars, one of which the MINI is not.

The wheels looked fine prior to the painting.

I love your style, D-Mini...its not mine, but its beautiful and you mess with it down to the fine details...those wheels are gonna look GREAT on your car.
I can tell you really ENJOY your MINI

Now how long are you really gonna be able to wait to try those on???

Those look great D. Love the look. I'm begining to think you change the look of your MINI as often as some change their underware. Can't wait for the pictures of them mounted.
