I believe that they're DOT-legal versions of dirt track and competition wheels from Diamond Racing.

The only person low enough on this message board for Vortex is R@SD... But that's another story all together.

There is absolutely nothing about this setup that will be in any way good on the track.

First the tire choice, all seasons + extremely stretched tire = terrible grip.

Then there is the weight of a steel wheel that size which must be 30lbs +, this will destroy your acceleration and braking.

Finally the width and offset of those wheels are going to ruin your turn in characteristics. Deadening what was a nimble car.

A mini with stock wheel and tire size with some high performance summer tires will run circles around you at the track or an auto-x.

Im not hating, if you like the way it looks more power to you. Thats a subjective opinion. But objectively most people that know about cars/racing will tell you those wheels/tires are going to hurt performance.

 

lower it.. or do everyone a favor and drive this car off a cliff.
