How to tell what % tire is left?

How do i tell how much tread is left on the tire?
do i mearsure it?

Any help would be greatful

roll by your favorite retailer, and ask them to measure tread depth for you, or

check out this tire tech page for a DYI solution.

i read the tire tech,
so with 6/32 the tire should be still replace if going in snow?

so what a brand new tire should have? 32/32?

I figure 5/32nds is my personal pull depth.
