for some long story reason I have R111 17" black bullet (OEM) on the front and some 15" (also OEM) on the back. I know. stupid. ugly. omg. wtf.
I have to keep like this for few days and i am wondering if this is going to really affect the car.
let me know whay you guys know! oh my car is 2011 clubmans S.
thank you!
Your odd sizing is like running two spare tires in the rear, it's not really meant to be a permanent solution just to get you to the next day to Tire Shop. But if only for a week, I don't think too much damage can be done. I would not really drive fast though?

wow thx!definately going to avoid freeway then.
when I took it for a spin it didint feel too odd but i didnt like it and when I was putting some air at gas station to make sure suddenly low tire came on all 4 wheels. is this normal?
once again thanks so much!
What generation car do you have? The TPMS system on a 1st gen may throw a light since it could detect different wheel speeds front/rear and think you have low tires.
Jay, I spoke with you on the phone yesterday, I had the 16" wheels for sale...Your TPMS light is probably on because the wheels have different sensors...2010and 2011 sensors are different than earlier years..You need to put new sensors in wheels so your computer recognizes them..
i guess if all 4 tires are the same width and overall diameter you should be fine. but if your front tires are wider you will just have over steering.
This.
Also, since you don't have a Countryman, or more specifically an AWD, it won't have any damaging affect to your drive train. Your rear wheels are free spinning and not hooked up to your transmission.
For a few days you'll be okay. Any more than that and the MINI fashion police will get you.
