R56 wheel fit question

R56 wheel fit question
I've got 3 sets of wheels I am looking at getting and want the least hassle when putting them on (and least risk of rubbing with 215/40 or 215/45 tires).
First is a set of Enkei RC T1 17x7 38mm offset.
Second is a set of Kosei K1 17x7.5 35mm offset.
Last is a set of Team Dynamics 17x8 (not sure on offset yet)
All are around the same price, but I want ones that I am not going to need to do any body work/spacers/etc to get them to fit. I am currently at stock ride height but may go lower in the future.
The car is a 2007 Cooper S.

Car is not lowered still stock suspension, and at most I'd only ever lower it an inch anyway (but that won't be for years). I'm not one for "slamming" my cars. I do live in Utah and it is a PITA in the snow with a dropped car.
Also to note, I would prefer the RC T1s since I'm a big fan of that style wheel (had NTO3s on my last two cars). And the Team Dynamics are local so I could save on shipping (but I'm worried about the 8" wide wheel).
