Help!

Size : 17inch x 7.5J +40
Center Bore : 73.1mm
PCD : 4x100 , 4x114.3

I found a set of wheels I am interested in with these specs. Will they fit my R53?

You'd need a hub centric ring. Mini's CB is 56mm.
