Slotted Rotors direction

Got myself JCW slotted/drilled rotors and they came identical. So when I installed them the tilted slot direction was reversed between the two front wheels.

The vendor who sold them to me states that this is how it's supposed to be.

Although the link below (and my colleagues' Audi TT) show otherwise - the slots should tilt towards the back of the car, thus the rotors should be different - the left one should have slots tilted in the opposite direction from the right.

Could somebody with factory-installed JCW rotors answer this for me please ?

thanks !
Bor.

Correct, there's no left- or right-handed difference with the OEM JCW slotted rotors.

Yep. That threw me off as well when I had our local shop order a pair and install them. A couple quick phone calls confirmed that they are not supposed to be left and right hand.

Next time around I'll likely just get Centric high performance slotted without holes.
