Michelin pilot super sport

I have a JCW 2011 and i am looking into change my hard brick runflat tyre for the new Michelin pilot super sport .After looking at the press kit from Michelin I realize the smallest size is 225/45 zr 18 .I was looking at buying the cross challenge 18" whell but the wide is only 7 " and these tyre will not fit ! Any advise for oem wheel or other ??

For Michelin Pilot Super Sport

Using 18x7" wheel

Use 205/40-18 fits rims 7-8" wide, $182 each, 24.5" tire diameter

If using 17" wheels then
205/45-17 $209 each
or
215/45-17 $165 each
