hub rings-

Plastic rings are cheaper but cannot tolerate heat from track use. For street use they are fine in all weather.
Metals rings cost more, weigh more but don't melt from hot brakes/wheels.
High performance driving school/events or track/lapping will generate heat.
I have melted plastic rings with 15 minute track sessions on the front wheels.

see

My links all work fine.
Which wheel are you using?
Check that your measurement is correct.

Had the same problem as you - the 65-56.1 seems specific to Rays and no-one seems to carry them as stock items. I had to order some plastic ones from Finland - finish wasn't great (especially at $50) but when my UK Rays distributor doesn't even have them, you know your nuts are in a vice.

Or

Sir minihune, forgot to tell you, I am mounting a set of RAYS TE37 to my JCW 2009. Thats the reason why am sourcing out hub centric ring 56.1/65. What other modifications do you think will I need to do? Changing studs to lugs(what size)? Will I need spacers? Whats the effect of not mounting tPMS, aside from the indicator light that is perpetually lighting on...
Sorry for all the queries. As I told you, Im living in a country where car accessories are very limited. You can only get most of the parts from the dealers. JDM and other after market parts here are scarce. My only source is online ordering which will take several days (roughly a week) before I receive it. This is the reason why I kept on asking questions to people like you before I order online.
Thanks for the guidance...

The MINI needs 4x100 bolt pattern, were you going to convert the hubs to 5 bolt pattern to fit the wheels?
There are many TE37 by Volk Racing-

see the TE37 models
http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/w...579.html?r=535
Some sizes are not going to fit a 4x100 bolt pattern.
Are you sure you want to pay more for real TE37 wheels or do you like the look and would consider a TE37 replica wheel by Rota.
Rota Grid 17x7.5, offset 40mm, many finishes, about $675 a set shipped.
