15 inch wheels

Hello. What car has 15 inch wheels that will work on an 06 MCS? I just want a set for winter tires. Thanks. Brian

I just run alloy 15's for winter rims....found the right offset and the right hubcentric rings...and good to go......as long as you do NOT have the bbk....clearance is very tight with the stock brakes.

Yea, but from what car? There aren't many coopers in my area and the nearest dealer is over an hour away. I didn't want to buy brand new rims. I want to find a set of used rims that I can put a good set of winter grippys on. Where did you find yours? I wanted 15s because tires are cheaper and thicker sidewall to absorb rough winter roads.

The bolt pattern on your car is 4x100. However, that doesnt mean they all fit. You also have to deal with hub centering rings with aftermarket wheels. For example I have a set of Sport Editions with Parelli winter tires off my 2005 that I wanted to put on my wifes Scion. Same pattern 4x100, but they don't fit without some work. I had to get different size hub rings etc.

Depending on where you are I might have what you need. I am not going to keep my winter setup so if you are interested I can put you in a set of 15" wheels with winter tires that have 2000 miles on them. I sold my car after last winter so I don't need them. I just haven't taken the time to list them in the classifieds yet.

VW wheels with the 4X100 wheel pattern will fit. Check the VW Vortex site and they have a wheel sections for 4 X100 and usually have alot of wheels for sale. VW 4 X100 will fit the Mini but the Mini wheel will not fit the VW because the Hub size ( big hole in the Wheel) is too small on the Mini.

If you go about this route, i strongly suggest finding the right hubcentric ring adaptors..usually about $20 for a plastic set....
I know mini's and honda of some years share the same hub size, and bolt pattern, but the mini is a heavier car...so not sure those rims would work...also not sure about the offset.
When i got my 15's, i got them new since so many manfactures are discontinuing 15' rims, they were only slightly more than new steel rims. Might be worth checking locally...shipping costs can get pretty $$ on rims tires for an individual.....
