Discount Tire Pricing for Continental Extreme Contact DWS

So, I stopped by a Discount Tire today to get a quote for a set of four Continental Extreme Contact DWS for my Clubman (205/45/17). TireRack.com has them for $120 each, or $537.64 total with taxes, shipping, etc. Local install/fees I've calculated at $98 (PepBoys), based on the prices listed on TireRack.com for all four wheels.

Discount Tire wants $138 each, plus tax, plus $16.50 ea for install, $8 ea for a TPMS Rebuild Kit, and $4 each for environmental/disposal fees. Total is $166.50 ea, or $721.57 total with taxes and everything.

Hopefully, I can get them to price match. Otherwise, I'm going to get my deposit back.

Does the $98 PepBoys price include lifetime balancing and flat fix? Discount Tire does both and never complains. They will work with you a bit on price, but I'm not sure they can fully match TireRack. For the service I've gotten from Discount Tire in the past 10 years I'll never buy anywhere else though.
