Bubbles
I was recently in a small car accident where someone cut me off causing me to rear end them, I'm not sure if the bubbles which are oddly enough in the same exact position on both of my front tires are a result of this but I was wondering if this could be a possibility?
Also, are bubbles a sign that my wheels are bent?

If your tires look like this, if so then replace both tires.

If the tires have a deformed sidewall, trash them. You will not know if the rims are bent till you mount new tires and balance them....a good tire shop most likely CAN look at them when you unmount the old tires, but by then, you are gonna mount new tires and try them out anyway....
I'm guessing the tires were subjected to an impact, bump or pinch....and that dammaged the sidewall leading to failure. And i say failure, cause the tire HAS FAILED, it is just holding air still....even a short low speed drive..meaning a few blocks or a mile or two to the tire shop could be dangerous....a front tire blowout at the wrong moment is bad...then maybe a second when trying to correct for the first.....

if the bubbles are in the sidewall the tires are dangerous to drive on . . . actually bubbles anyplace mean the same thing but I doubt you'd see them on the tread.
Reminds me of a time I was scuba diving (shore dive) and noticed a bubble starting to form on the high pressure hose to my gauges .... meaning air was no longer being held inside all the many layers but was escaping to the last layer causing a balloon .... and when that balloon pops, there goes my air supply! I surfaced as fast as I safely could and went straight to the dive shop for a new hose..... If that had blown earlier in the day when I was at 100 feet "off the wall" in Cayman. OMG!

Been "off the wall" in their submarine ! Awesome trip! Snorkeled off some steep rocks down from a stand-alone bar somewhere I think on east side. Wondered why we were the only ones there, then we saw the sharks-prob nurse sharks or something harmless but I'm from the Ozarks so we were outathere!
