So still during the proccess so excuse the dirty rims and car. I just have the stock S-lites (17in) for now, but I wanted to update the brake calipers. I think that the red looks so much better. Here are the before and after. I plan on doing a big brake kit here sometime soon, but I can spend the few grand in other places for other mods. Anyways, enough with the dialog... on to the pics.

I hope this works, my first time posting any photos....

Looks good, what kind of prep work did you do and what kind of paint did you use? I'm thinking of tackling this project this weekend, going to go with black or green if I can find a green similar enough to BRG.

I bought a kit from a local auto part store... It came with instructions which is always a plus. The kit was only $30 so that helped out. As for prep work...

Lifted the car on jack stands

Clean the brakes- brake cleaner came with the kit, scrubbed the calipers with a wire brush and a cloth. (Cleaned the rear side of the S-lites as well-- really dirty)

Mixed the paint- had about 4 hours until the paint became a complete solid mass.

Painted the calipers. Per the instructions it says do not drive vehicle for 24hrs. So, I need to put my wheels on one side to complete the job. I also got paint all over my hands... looks like dried blood... kinda funny lookin. I know that tire rack has a kit for $38 bucks or something... check them out. Good luck!!!

Davecsumini- You're my inspiration on this project.

I too had the G2 paint kit... came with a sticker as if someone is going to proudly attach that to any vehicle. Maybe someone will, who knows!
