17x8 et42 on 05 R53?

would a 17x8 et42 fit on my r53.

205/40/r17 tires..

I am on stock suspension but plan on getting CO's

They will fit and you should be fine.

You will almost certainly need a small spacer later on when you get coilovers.

Okay, The wheels will extend 13 mm further toward the strut. i checked on some offset calculator earlier.

the ad says it comes with small lugs to fit the small holes? Will the bolts from the mini be able to fit through there? does anyone know anything about that; I've never heard of that being a problem before.

Going to pick these up in about an hour. comes with tuner bolts and i just picked up some hub centric rings so they fit nice. going to look a lot bigger than my R84's lol

They will be further from the strut and closer to the fender. Post some pics when you have them on.

These are 17 / 8 et 42 Hamman with 215/45/17 BFG's . I am about 1.75 lower than stock you should have no issues

Incorrect, they will be closer to both the strut and the fender.

Just installed them in the dark lol. Took it for a test drive and all is good.

Also I have to add that the difference from the runflats to these new non runflats is AMAZING!!! soooo quiet and smooth over bumps. The runflats literally were starting to give me a back ache.

I'll post up pictures tomorrow after I give my car a wash.

I need to make some sort of center cap. I was thinking pop cans if I can make them stick in there somehow.
