The R95's were the first, but I don't think they were that popular. The R105's were the next ones and I think a bit more popular. (I love them). The GP's were next and I've only seen one non-GP MINI in person with them. Not sure how popular the more recent ones (R109/113/JCW Challenge) are.
I think the R105's are more desirable but that is purely personal. Used with good tires I'd say $500-700 depending on how bad you want to get rid of them, the condition and type and condition of tires. Caveat: this is one man's opinion, not necessarily the most popular.
