Need rotors - can someone help?

Last year I bought my Mini, a 2004 S, with Wilwood 11.75 Big Brake Kit (front) with slotted rotors and EBC GreenStuff pads.
It's now time to do a brake job, probably need rotors, pedal pulsing.

I believe these brakes and rotors are larger diameter, aftermarket parts. Where would be the best place to get replacements? I presume stock parts will not fit, correct?

Thanks!

Try Way Motor Works. They often have good prices on package deals.
