Here is a pic when I had my factory 15" steels and wheel covers.

Rather than steel wheels for your snows, check into getting a set of 16" 5 spoke or v-spoke wheels for summer use and put some good snows on your "holeys"

I've seen several sets of 16" 5 spoke wheels with tires on e-bay.

Instead of steelies I bought Borbet H's from Tirerack last year. (actually, 4 Borbets and one steelie, for the spare)

The steel was $65-70 or so, and the alloy Borbets were $99. I like the Borbets better than the oem wheels. And, they have a slightly different offset so they look like they have spacers. Very agressive looking.

Oh, and I went with 15's, instead of 16 for my summer wheels. I enjoy the snows very, very much.

Here's a link to a set of 5 spoke wheels on e-bay

my dealership parts manager says he has lots of wheels taken off cars, especially the 15" holey's, and will sell them cheap to get them out of there.... I assume other dealers have the same. Might be worth checking into.
