k, you dont see it man, the reason for putting 9in in the rear is to have the stretched tire, yes you could put a 245 on the back but it would look good, stretched tires is what i was going for, but i dont know if you could even lower it, when i put my KW coil overs on i will tell you guys how it turns out, i am DUMPING this thing to me rubbing isnt a problem, if youi aint rubbing you aint looking low enough

245's are pretty agressive on a mini, lowered or otherwise.

I agree that a wide body kit would really make this MINI outstanding and make those awesome wheels feel right at home in the wheel wells

I had KW's on my mini at first and had all kinds of rubbing issues with my Hamman 17/8 wheels . Im not talking about rubbing the body that was really not that bad , It was the the shock adjustment rings digging into the side of the 215/45 tires that was a deal breaker. My offset was 42 so check your wheels and perhaps they will fit. In any event check with your supplier before you get stuck with them.

i am sure that the wheel bearing will last, i am not using any spacers at all. and the stock offset is 38 and i am running 35mm offset in front and a 25 offset in rear, so in a way i am only stressing my rear bearing by 10mm of more offset then stock. my wheels bolt up straight on the hub so pretty much not doing anything different then a standard set of wheels. if i was running spacers then it probably would stress the bearings but i am not. as for the kw's i hope that i dont get into that situation of the tire rubbing, but i am running wheels that are 10 to 20mm offset less then your so i dont think i am going to have any problems with that, only my fender flares.
