Is there are reason you are going with drilled rotors? For looks?
If you are replacing brake pads and rotors for better stopping then try contacting Way at Waymotorworks.com, he has many options for both rotors and pads.
Unless you are trying to go for the drilled rotor look, there are better options for rotors at the same price or better.

It was a pain! You need a jack with Jack stands and or a buddy with a lift. Use more screws that it comes with cut I hit a large puddle of water one day and it came off lol. I'm going to get the carbon fiber one soon it's really nice. Ebay for $289 the one i have is $89.

Well I had drilled and slotted rotors on my wrx and they worked great! I'd like to go the jcw front calipers and rotors but I just don't have the $2k to spend at this time

Go this route for your R53. It's much cheaper and is exactly the same brake set up. I did mine for approximately $500. Look on the Marketplace or ebay for a set of 2007+ front calipers. I found a set from a 2011. Like the rims by the way
