Help Inregards To Tires?

what is the offset of S lites?
i do have my car lowerd with M7 springs .
( I HAVE 215/45/17 TIRES ON THEM & I GET ROBBING.)

i have been told that if i get 17" rimes with offset of 42 or higher i could USE 215/45/17 tires.( WILL I STILL GET ROBBING OR NOT)
WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?

The S-lytes are 17x7" with +50mm offset.

With M7 springs and 215/45-17 tires you get rubbing? Then your tires may have square shoulders. Tires with a more rounded shoulder in the same size would do better. Does rubbing occur with a full load and in both front and rear wheel wells?

The correct offset to use with a given set of lowering springs will vary with the tires and your individual MINI. +42mm offset applies to H-sport springs in an MCS and I have that and still rub in the rear under load (4 people) with Yokohama ES100 215/45-17 tires.

Another option is to go with 215/40-17 tires or the stock 205/45-17 tires.
Ask M7 what offset wheels they would recommend for your MINI.
