I'd suspect you'd have trouble with the fenders before the brake clearance even staying with a 7 inch wide wheel.

They are R112 JCW Challenge "Copies". They are showing a 42mm offset.

I think any wheel with those specs wouldn't be an issue, especially replicas. The 1st gen JCW/R56S brakes fit behind factory 17's with a 48mm offset, and these give 6mm more clearance for the brakes. A lot a replicas are made with a more aggressive offset because it usually looks better. This way you just bolt on the wheels and don't have to deal with spacers. Also, the extra 6mm isn't really too aggressive so they'll probably work fine regarding the tires rubbing on the fenders, unless you go with an a bigger tire size than stock. Where you would really need to measure carefully for brake and wheel clearance is if you go with an aftermarket big brake kit, or the 2nd gen JCW Brembos.
