hard brake line question

  • #1

So I put new rotors, stainless steel brake lines, replaced the front hard brake lines, started up the car and then hear a hissing noise. I get underneath the car and see one of the hard brake lines rusted out and spilling fluid. Are these two pipes available to purchase online? Just the middle pipes are pretty bad. It looks like it goes from the front and then connect to these pipes just passed the gearbox.

    any information will help!

Looks like diagram numbers 1, 2, 7, or 8 on this diagram here:

Search ecstuning by that part number or anywhere else and you should find it available

I don't think they sell the lines pre-bent. You would need to bend them yourself as it just wouldn't be fiscally feasible to ship those. I got mine replaced for $300 after they blew. The lines themselves probably cost $30 or so, but you'll also need to flare them.
