Anyone Have these rims on their car?

I have been agonizing over new rims for my new MCS. I want to replace the 17" s-lites with other 17's (because I want to use my existing tires since they only have 900 miles on them, gotta save money for performance mods)

The few rims I have found that I love are discontinued so I have talked with Alex at Tire Rack and found a few things I like but want to see real life pics on Mini's.

Does anyone have the following or have any experience with them?:
Kazera KZ-T
Kosei K-1 TS
Mille Miglia HT3

My favorite of these so far is the Kosei, with the Kazera second and the Mille third. Of course this is all based on the wheel photo and the little rendition which doesn't do the car or rims justice.

Any help would be appreciated. I spent the entire afternoon looking at every pic under the thread that says what rims do you have but I know some pics are missing.

Thanks!!!!

I had the HT3's as my dressup wheel on my rex a while back.

The wheel is not lightweight, but its finish is very durable and comes with a 2 year guarantee from tirerack. They are made in Italy. I had the Hypersilver color. It's a classy wheel.

Click on my link below and you can see my Kosies.

If they are your first choice, then go with them as they are a great wheel.

When I was looking at wheels I was unsure about the Kosies as they didn't seem to have the 'bling' factor that I had in mind. Problem was that most 'bling' wheels were and are heavy.

Well, after putting these on my car, i loved them. Happens that they are just what my real mindset was, competition. I think they give the Mini a real serious "performance minded" look. I love'm!

I have the Kosei K1s and I really like them. Sorry no pics yet. I'll see if I can post later. I like the performance look the Kosei's give, and I was completely surprised at how much difference a light wheel made in terms of driving feel. The car seems so much more responsive. I put Parada Spec 2s on mine.

Thanks for the info!

I am not sure I am terribly worries about the weight factor as much since I see the difference may be around 3-5 lbs per wheel. Of course I am freaking out the purists (sorry).

I saw a set of Mille Miglia Action that I like but am not sure how they will look on the car.

Also as far as the kosei's are concerned I like the split star pattern bettern but again am not sure what to think.

Boy am I confused. I have to admit my favorite wheel is the SSR gt1 but Alex at TR told me they are dicontinued and they are also very expensive! I need a sub $200 wheel right now or I will have to wait until a used set of what I like or something like that.

I appreciate the help and hope for more ideas.

Chris

Here’s a small picture of Minzilla’s MCS with the Kosei K-1 TS that was taken this fall at the Dragon. This picture does not do them justice. They are gorgeous, light and inexpensive. Great choice if you ask me.

Yah, if I was to get another 17's for my MCS, that would be the one.
Very affordable too!

I really care about the weight, and for the price, the K1 can't be beat. Here's a shot or two of my car:

Damn, my car is sexy!

Randy-well, I run SSR Comps at 12lbs each...so i don't consider myself an
all-bling factor kinda guy, but 17's are more for dressup on this car for
me.

Yeah, the SSRs are trick - but that's why I like the K1 at half the price and only a few lbs more. They look great though! Another wheel that looks incredible but is extremely expensive is the Watanabe in magnesium. I can't get them here (Japanese market wheel) without spending a fortune, but they are very high bling for sure!

Your car looks great with those wheels too - and I like the body.
