Any pics of Enkei RP-F1's on MCS?

I pick up my new 2005 MCS tomorow, and my first mod is new wheels and tires. I'm considering Enkei RP-F1's in a 15x7 size, with 205/50-15 Kumho MX tires. Anyone have any pics of RP-F1's on a Mini? Thanks!

Rpf1

I have been thinking of RPF1's in 17x7" for my hyper blue. So far I haven't seen a shot of a Mini with these rims in any size. I guess we need someone to photo shop. Anyone?

Reasons for the 15x7's:

- Lighter
- Better gearing
- Cheaper replacement tires

Also, Weight is located closer to the rotational center, thus cutting down the amount of force required to get the wheel moving compared to 17 inch wheels with the weight way out to the edges
15's are a great choice

this company used 15"s and it rocks http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr...scc_mini_hold/

...too bad the rims are about $350 each or else I would have these

15s are cool for all the reasons mentioned...plus it makes it look more old school

I placed my order for Enkei RP-F1's, 15x7, 4x100, 41mm offset. Price was $189/ea from Goodwin Racing. Also ordered a set of McGard Spline Drive Lugs. I'm mounting 205/50-15 Kumho MX's to them.

The RP-F1's weigh 9.8 pounds, and the MX's weigh 20 pounds. My new 15x7's will weigh in at 29.8 pounds - compared to the OEM X-Lite setup at close to 43 pounds!

I cant wait to feel how saving 52 pounds of unsprung, rotating mass will feel! That, plus a smaller diameter tire, should really give me a performance boost.

Thread From The Dead!

I'd like to see if there are any new pics of Enkei rpf1s in any size on any MINIs! I'm seriously two seconds away from dialing up and ordering these, but I would love to see any other pics if anyone's got 'em.

Thanks, friends!

You definitely don't want to order the 15's... they won't fit - as this thread creator learned the hard way.

I was thinking 17s... Will the 15s not clear the calipers? What about spacers? The offset is ok @ 41, Where does it go wrong?

It look like the silver MCS above is likely wearing the 15s, unless those are 16s...
