Kosei K-1's with 215/45-17's rubbing issues?
I am going to purchase new tires and wheels for my MCS and it looked lke others have already gone with the wider profile tire on these wheels. Any rubbing issues?
Also, has anyone run these on lowered cars?
Which spring set were you using if you are and did you have any rubbing issues?
Thanks!

I run this combo and my MCS is lowered with H-sports. I've also corrected camber and toe with rear control arms.
I rub like crazy and have had to trim tons of plastic away from the wells along with some grinding of metal. I still rub!
I will have to put a touch more - camber in the rear wheel to hopefully end the rubbing for good.
Now, with that said, understand that not all Minis are the same. I know that Randy Webb has successfully managed to get 235/40/17 on the Mule with the K1s.
When I replace my tires I will most likely go with 40 rather then 45.

I also ran 225's on my Kosei's but had rubbing on "hard" bumps.
