Aftermarket Wheels and Runflats...

Anyone using Stock Tires with aftermarket wheels..?

Yes, you can use runflat tires with any rims that will fit.
The stock rims are generally 17x7 and 16x6.5 with offsets about +45 to +48mm. If you are using stock suspension then you can choose rims that have wheel offsets from +37mm to +48mm without risk of rubbing.

You need to work with a shop that deals with removing and installing runflats as some tire shops don't deal with them.

There is nothing really special about the rims other than fit for the stock sized tires. Use the same tire pressures, about 32 to 38 psi.
