Offset question

Hey all,
would a wheel with a +28 offset fit on a Cooper S? Stock offset is +45 right? I found this guy with a set of rims and tires for sale for a good price. theyre ASA AT186. thanks

That's way to far out and stock offset on an MCS is +48.
