205/40/17 tires and M7 springs

hey anyone have pics of 205/40/17 tires on their MINI after lowering with M7 springs? i have the stock S-lites and love how the drop perfectly closes the gap between the arches and the wheels. i'm jus curious to see how a lower profile tire will effect the gap?
thanks

If you use a 40 series tire there will definatly be a larger gap than the 45 series. You will also lose a little ground clearance. The gap will not be as large as with your stock springs and 45 series tires. I have run both sizes with my coil overs set at almost exactly the same height as the springs alone. I am also sure that ther are many out there already with the combination you are looking for so perhaps they will post soon.

Ok, let me ask the question again. Does anyone have a picture of a cooper with 215/35/18 tires and has the M7 springs installed? I purchased the M7 springs but have not installed them yet. I would like know if there are any challenges I’m going to run into before the install. I hope I explained myself better this time…

OK, seriously, you could call the guys at M7 - they'll be able to tell you if you're going to run into any problems. Nice people too.
