any experience with motoforge wheels

I saw some motoforge wheels the sg-5 and sg-10's that I thought looked very nice. Anyone know if they are good wheels? What about the weight?

Motoforge SG 10, 17x7.5, et 45, 18 lbs, matte colors: silver, carbon or copper.

I think there are rumors about the company closing but there are still wheels available.
