I ordered some white Tz-10s from them several months back. Everything went smoothly and the wheels arrived well packaged and in beautiful shape.

I purchased a set of Ace Arius about a month ago. After a frustrating delay waiting for a missing valve stem... no it wasn't a standard 'get one at any tire shop' stem . The keys sent with the new bolts both broke, so I sent an angry email and they contacted me the next day. Replacement keys were sent. Then I received an email indicating I would be given a $50 credit on my card (to purchase new lugs/key), as they discovered they were supplied with a bad batch of lugs/keys.

What started off as a bad experience, ended up OK as they took responsibility and did the right thing!

Thanks for the replies. They had some unhappy customers
a year ago, but seems they have improved.

I know if Kaelaria was happy, they must be O.K.

I bought my Exel Race wheels from them about a month ago and it all went super smooth. They were nicely boxed, each wheel was shrunk wrapped inside each box and the wheels went on and were nice and balanced. I would say thumbs up for wheelmax and I have recommended them to my friends.
