Just a suggestion, if you want good racing wheels, the s-lites are not a good choice, being 25 lbs. That and their very closed off design is not very well suited for ventilation for your brakes.
umm I'm trying to get dry traction and i do need a heavier wheel to help put the traction down to the ground. I am going to be drag racing on a legal strip.. I need to get my 13's possibly 12's before the season ends.

You need to re-think this I think.
You want a quicker car but are using about the slowest wheel you could for the sake of hookup. I'm no expert on drag racing, is this the typical thinking around it?
Seems it would be much better to go with super light wheels and then add weights to the front of the car.
I need R Comp road course tires. If you get any leads that aren't up your alley please forward...
The best tires for his needs are not the best for yours. Ultimately he would want a good bias ply tire that needs almost no air pressure. The compound would be one that gets sticky super fast which is not the norm on a good road race tire.
For road courses, like DE events, I personally would recommend the TOYO RA1s, shaved to 4/64s. For full out road racing I would go with a Bias ply Hoosier slick, or a set of used Goodyears if you can find them.
i want the s lites used because i have complete wheelspin in first and second gear. I'm actually getting the BFG Drag Radials. the heavier the wheel, the easier it should be to hook up. i need more rolling resistance i believe.
