i think they'd look great with hyper blue color if you colorcode the arches too... if i had a MCS with hb, i'd do the TE37 mag wheels which are the skyline bay side blue metallic color

 

So you chickened out on the Plaid. Ok. But remember you made your choice. You go and live with your black rims. And every time you look at them you will think "I could have had plaid rim, and been the envy of everyone." I am sure your Black rims will look ok.

 

Oh my god, I would love a set of the skyline TEs but aren't they a lot more expensive because they are made of some crazy material(forgot what they are made of so I inserted the word crazy to not sound stupid )

Oh magnesium, thats right. It was on the tip of my tounge:smile: . Yeah those are so nice. Well if I do get them black I will be getting a replacment set of Volk/Rays sickers for the wheels and the blue color that they come in looks exactly like hyper blue.

I remember seeing some wolfrace wheels painted like that(I think in a GO MINI) and they look crazy. I think they might be a little showy for me but for 2000 big ones I couldn't aford it anyways

 

Make sure you post pics of the rims on the car. Can't get enough Pics of moded MINIs. Even if they aint plaid.

 

I'll be sure to post pics. HB/B, de-cromed, black TE37s w/ blue stickers and blue lug nuts, tinted taillights, and tinted yellow headlights. OH its going to be so nice. I can't wait.
